I have a nephew who's turning 3 years old this October. Her mother, who is my sister died a year ago. My nephew is taking our last name because his father did not acknowledged him on the birth certificate. The child is living in our house and his father can visit him anytime he wants. But this time, The father took the child even though the child was crying while saying he doesn't want to come. Now the question is, WHO HAS THE RIGHT CUSTODY FOR THE CHILD IF THE MOTHER DIED ALREADY BUT THE FATHER DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGED THE CHILD? Hoping for a response ASAP. Thanks
