Ask ko lang po ano po ang role ng field office, may pumunta daw po kasi sa bahay namin. Tumawag po ako aa home credit at nginquire kung magkanu po ang due ko hanggang sept, delayed po kasi ako ng two payments babayaran ko na po sana pati penalty ang kaso sabi po di na pwede, hanggang bukas na lang daw pwede isettle yung account ko, then nagcut na sya ng communication. Nagsabi po kasi daw yung field officer na magkita na daw kami sa barangay sa susunod.

Your case might have been forwarded to collection agents.

You should visit the office of Home Credit and have your loan restructured, if they will allow such.

Ang field officer po ba ay safe kausapin regarding this?, kanina po kasi nakipagusap ako sa collection department to ask for options n pwede ibigay sa akin, di na po ako sinagot

Best to go to Home Credit and talk to someone higher-up there. Make sure to bring all your documentations regarding your debt as reference. If they agree to do a loan restructuring, have everything put into writing for your reference.
