hi oo.nagpagawa po kami ng bahay sa contractor then nakuha nya oo lahat ng pera.may contract po kami.pero di po tinapos mali mali pa yung mga gawa.ngayon po di na nagpaakita yung contractor at yung asawa at mga tauhan na lang ang humaharap sa amin.nagtatago na po yung contractor.pina brgy na po namin at isinama yung name ng asawa para ilabas nya yung asawa nyang lalaki.sabi po ng babae wala daw po syang pirma sa contract kaya di sya dapat isama sa reklamo.ano po ang dapat nanming gawin?

Immediately hire a lawyer who specializes in contract law so that he can assess your case and file the necessary case in court against the erring contractor.

In the meantime, go to the police station and put a blotter on the contractor so that the police and local officials will be apprised that he is being sought-after by the authorities.

Offhand, this is a civil case of breach of contract and damages may be filed against him, or you can have the contract enforced by the court with all the damages/lack of quality in worksmanship repaired on the contractor's expense.
