Hi, Ive been skipping paying my credit card as i am having financial problems here abroad as an OFW. Today I received an email from an Attorney office with affidavit of complaint. Will I go to jail because of this? What is the best advise you could give me?

Talk to the credit card company and have your loan restructured to meet with your current financial status. Tell them your honest financial problem so that they can grant your request in the soonest amount of time possible.
