Unpaid credit card bill

Good Day!

I have an unpaid credit card bill, cancelled na po yon card (Metrobak) and collections team is now after me. A certain person from credit dept asked me po to settle a settlement of 2,800 amount when she called per month . . I said I will pay the next friday kc po wala papo ako hawak na pera dahil madami din kming pinagkagastusan recently dahil sa sakit ng asawa ko po. Now i did not pay last friday.Now i received a txt saying " this is from credit investigation bureau inc. your civil case complaint has been finalized to us under RA 8484. We are going to serve with our investigation team after 24 hours as SOP. You can still hold by calling at (number) and look for atty. salazar or any legal officers avialable until 5pm. otherwise just prepare necessary document with your lawyer for your defense"...... Now i called the person who asked me to pay any amount but forcing me to pay more than what i can afford... now he is forcing me to pay 10thousand for the nextday.... I called that atty. Salazar and told me that he is giving me until friday to pay the full amount of 56,000. otherwise a case will be filed against me...


Ayaw ko pong makulong,At ako po ay nakikiusap na icontinue ko na at isesettle ko yong agreement namin na monthly 2800.Pero ayaw napo talaga ni Atty Antonio Salazar.Please help me naman po.

walang nakukulong sa utang at kahit sa threat nila civil case "daw" ang fifile nila sayo. walang kulong sa civil case.

ignore mo lang sila kung wala ka naman talaga pambayad though kukulitin ka parin nila.

Mam/Sir,As I said u before they are waiting my payment of Cash 10,000 until 3pm today,otherwise thay pursue thier case against me and after 24 hrs,they're going to visit us to garnish whatever property that we have.Im so worry about thier threat.How can i assure that they only threating me,Hence, Im willing to settle that amount .That atty,tell me that they're already coordinating police in our place,and they're serve me a warrant, anu po ba ang legallity pag ganyan ang threat nila? .Tama po ba yan at totoong gagawin po kaya nila yon? .Im not placing my family in this disgusting situation perce.

wag kang matakot. kung makikipag settle ka, una mong gawin ay kunin ang pangalan, company at address nung taong nananakot sayo. tapos check mo sa bank kung yung company ba na yun ang naghahandle ng collection ng account mo.

kung wala ka naman balak magbayad, ignore mo lang sila. unless may court order sila ay di nila magagarnish ang ari arian mo which is very unlikely na pursue sa korte sa liit ng amount involved.

how about naman po if yung utang is 300,000 na po?

Good morning po. May nagpadala po sa haus at naka receive po ako ng summon na letter sa bhay namen at ang anak ko ang nakapag receive since nasa work napo ako. BPI credit card po nagpadala summons for sum of money, ang nakasaad, pinapa reply ako within the next 10 days from receipt of this summons, attached statement of claims, na claim nilang I owe them including interest and penalty around 164k pesos that became delinquent since Oct last year po. Anu po dpat kong gawin, kc po, kulang pa po ang sinasahod ko per mth since ang mrs ko wlang stable job. Life insurance freelancer po sya at purely commission basis. Sana mabigyan nyo po ako ng advice on what to do since ang nakapirma sa summon is clerk of court IV. araming Salamat po.

ahh ganun po ba sige po salamat po. kung sakali po bang matuloy yung civil case para sakin, dun na ba magkaka alaman kung babayaran ko pa ba or kung hindi na yung utang?

tsaka po kung sakali nga pong matuloy yung civil case na yun, kailangan po ba namin humanap ng lawyer? or lumapit sa PAO para sa assistance kung paano po yung gagawin namin sa civil case na yun?

magbabayad pa rin po ba ako ng utang after ng judgement sa court? kahit hindi na talaga kayang magbayad?

kung wala ka naman kakayahan magbayad, antayin mo na lang kasuhan ka at hayaan ang korte ang magdikta kung pano mo isesettle ang utang mo.

kung sinampa sa korte ang kaso against sayo at nanalo ang pinagkakautangan mo, korte na ang gagawa ng paraan para magbayad ka. kung may ari arian ka or savings account, pwede ito garnish pang bayad. or pwede din gumawa ng bagong kasunduan sa kung paano ka magbabayad.

so kahit manalo or matalo man, magbabayad pa din po?

Hi! I need some advice. Last two weeks our HR officer received a call from a newspaper company saying na they have an article about me to be released by Friday last week. So I was bothered kasi sa HR na namin mismo tumawag ung said writer. And then yesterday I received a call from a writer again from a different newspaper company saying that I have a NOTICE TO PUBLIC to be released today Friday and kailangan ko daw tawagan ang Atty. Elmer Resurreccion. I tried to get some info regarding that pero ayaw nyang magsabi. He keep on saying na tawagan ko daw ang attorney na yun but he did not give any phone number. I tried to remember everything if I have commited any legal violations pero wala naman. Then naisip ko is yung account ko with Aeon Credit, pero an agent from that company already called me to settle my balance na more or less 5k na lang. Sinabi ko naman sa agent ung exact date na kung kelan ko sya maisettle. My question is what if may NOTICE TO PUBLIC nga po regarding me ano po ang pwede kong gawin? Thank you po.

oo since hindi naman nawawala ang utang hanggat di binabayaran unless mamatay yung may utang.

rule of thumb is kung ayaw magshare ng info, malamang fake yan at nananakot lang. ignore them and advise your HR to inform any callers about this na sabihan na sayo makipag usap at wag na nila entertain.

hi po maganda araw meron po akong utang sa east west bank na bouncing check po wala napo kc akong pambayad kc nag karuon ng problem ngayon nangungulit yun mga law office sa brgy po sila nagpapadala ng letter at yun dalawa atty pupunta pinapupunta po ako dun dapat po b ako pumunta sana po matulungan nyo ako marami salamat po at god bless

Question, may karapatan ba sila ipasummon ako sa brangay dahil sa credit card debt? 19k yun utang ko.. Pero yun sinasabi ng collection agency 81k daw. Tapos nananakot na sila na ipapatawag ako sa barangay for assistance tapos dadalin sa court. Db meron batas na bawal ipaalam kahit kanino yun info about you and the bank regarding dun sa issue?

Hello po good evening! Meron po akong gadget loan sa flexi finance po, pero hindi ko po sya nabayaran ever kasi po namatay po ang Dad ko, and kinapos kami sa pera kaya nagabroad po ako kaagad para may pang tustos sa priorities po. Nagpadala po sila ng Final Demand letter sa bahay, amounting to 19k, pero hindi din po ako kaagad naka bayad kasi sobra na sa date ng mabigay nila ang sulat, at iniwan lang sa mailbox ng gate namin. Tapos po wala din po akong extrang money sa ngayon kasi po nagsisimula palang ako dito sa ibang bansa. Anong gagawin ko po dito? Makakasuhan po ba ako ng Flexi kung hindi ako nagbayad? May plano naman ako magbayad pero paunti2 sana.. sana matulungan niyo po ako. Natatakot po ako baka may pumuntang pulis or sheriff sa bahay namin.
