hi attys

manghihingi po sana ako ng advice kung masisingil pa rin po ba ako ng training bond kung magresign dahil may sakit po ako. 2.8m po training bond ko na within 5 years kaso nagkakasakit na po ako dahil sa work. inadvice po ng doctor ko na mas maganda na magquit na sa work kasi baka magiging malala po sakit ko at may effect na sa heart. pag singilin po ako ng company wala po ako pambabayad kasi wala naman po ako trabaho dati

salamat po ng marami.

may karapatan ang kumpanya na singilin ka sa training bond kahit mag resign ka dahil may sakit ka. pero di nila agad agad masisingil ito.

salamat po sa reply. kung sisingilin po ako wala po ako kakayahan na magbayad, wala po kasi akong trabaho dati. since hindi ko po kaya magbayad hindi na lang po ako magreresign, pero yun po, may sakit ako na nagtatrabaho.

wala po bang nalalabag na rights ko dun na napipilitan magtrabaho kahit may sakit dahil hindi kaya magbayad ng utang? salamat po

kumpletuhin mo ang doctor's certificate mo at mag submit ka nang resignation with 30 days notice..

kung sisingilin ka nang kumpanya sa bond, kailangan magsampa sila nang kaso sa korte at kailangan paboran sila nang korte bago sila maka singil.. masyado yatang malaki ang 2.8M na bond..

salamat po sa reply, medyo malaki po kasi pilot training ibinigay.. 6 months pa lang po narerender ko na service pero halos everymonth po ako pabalik balik sa hospital dahil sa sakit at sobrang stress. kaya po gusto ko na magresign sana kaso wala po ako pambayad, unang trabaho ko po..

pag nag continue po ako magiging prejudicial po sa health ko, pag nagpaterminate po ba ako due to disease masisingil pa rin po ba ako? nabasa ko lang po hindi ko po alam interpret sir lukekyle salamat po sa advice

depends on the wording of the contract. Please keep in mind yang article na yan says Employers are allowed to terminate, hindi ka pwedeng "magpaterminate" dapat yung employer ang nagtanggal sayo.

Pero as patok mentioned, without knowing the specifics 2.8M seems too big an amount, i would think hindi yan enforceable

what sort of training did you receive? what is the nature of your work? if your doctor can certify that you are not fit to work, then I believe that can be a valid basis for you to resign without having to pay this bond, assuming it is warranted
