Arresto Menor

My husband and I are not legally separated. He takes care of my 7 year son in the Philippines since I am based aboard. He is unemployed and I am fully finacially supporting my son’s need. My estranged husband has been brainwashing my son to hate me and I am 100% certain that if the court asks my son’s opinion on who does he want to live with, he will choose his father no doubt. But he is unemployed and have no source of income and cannot financially support him. What do you think I should do?
