Hi good day atty. Nag file po ako bigamy sa ex husband ko at lumabas n po Ang resolution. After po ng warrant of arrest. Ano po Ang sunod mangyari? Kasalukuyan po n nsa Canada Ang ex husband ko. Working permit po sia. Gusto ko po sana sia mapa deport. Ano po Ang need ko gawin? Waiting for ur reply. Thank u po

Do you have a lawyer that handled your bigamy case? If yes, then he should file the necessary petition to the courts to have your husband deported from Canada. The deportation also depends if there is an extradition treaty between Canada and PH.

hi po ask ko lang po what if abandonment of child ang ikakaso sa sa asawa? pwede ba syang ipadeport from other country?

It depends if there is an extradition treaty with the Philippines from where your spouse is currently residing.

It also depends if the courts will grant a petition to have your spouse deported, as the case may be.

hi po good morning po.. maraming salamat po sa pag tugon..

maaari ko po bang iaddress sa tirahan nila dito sa pilipinas ung case? since andito naman ung father-in-law ko para makatanggap ng letter if ever..

ano po kayang mga maaaring mangyari kung sakali pong dito ko iaddress sa bahay nila ung case? thanks po..
