Child Support for Illegitimate Child

My legal husband has an illegitimate child before our marriage.

The child is 10 years old and is not carrying my husband's surname.

Does the child have any right to any property that is under both our name (Joint)?

If my husband has no registered work is he still obliged to pay for support?

I am the only one working can the mother of the child obliged me to pay for support since we are married?
