Hi po attorney, ask lng po ako my ongoing case kasi ako against my old company which is qualified theft pro walang amount na sinabi ang company... now po. nag apply kasi ako ng work pra abroad.. tanong kulang ko, pwd pa kaya ako maka work abroad kahit my ongoing case ako hnd ko naman tatakbuhan ang case at my attorney narin ako sa PAO... I need work po kasi dahil i have family... please advise nyo po ako...

Check with the court or immigration kung may HDO ka. kahit pending pa yung case mo, kung nagissue ng HDO ang court ay di ka makakaalis hanggat di tapos ang kaso.

Kung wala pong Hold Departure order maaari po kayong makaalis kasi wala pong haharang sa inyo sa airport

if this is a criminal case already pending in court, you should first get the permission of the court. But if it is still with the prosecutor's office, you still have the right to travel

thank you attorney,.im have no work for 8 months already because of this problem, im afraid that i cant get a nbi clearance so I've waited...i wonder how long the process will be attorney.

if a warrant of arrest was issued against you, it will appear on your nbi clearance. Trials take about a year

after i received the subpoena attorney,.i consulted to pao,. but i admitted that is was true... so i decided not to counter the subpoena and wait to file it in court so that i can exercise my rights... even if it was civil case it will appear in nbi attorney?
