Hi,

My husband has an illegitimate child before we got married, there were no sign and acknowledgement in the child's birth certificate though meron silang compromise agreement na stated na inaacknowledge nya yung bata at need nya mag bigay ng 5k monthly support. Now my question is; pano kung magresign sya sa current work nya and temporarily mawalan ng work, is he still obliged to render support? May case ba na pwedeng ifile sakanya? Thank you po sa sasagot.
