my marriage has hust been annulled and i have questions re separation of property please:
1. i inherited a property from my deceased parents during our marriage. will he have right over this property?
2. during our marriage, we mortgaged (with a bank) a house and lot under our name, payable in 15 yrs. after 3 yrs, he left us and did not give his share for the monthly amortizations anymore. the judge ordered separation of property in the certificate of finality in our annulment order. he said he will not take interest in the said property, i ask him to sign a waiver of rights in favor of our 3 minor children but declined to sign it. how can i fight for this property since he is no longer paying for it?
