od evening,

Gusto ko lang sana humingi ng tulong, or any legal advice. Regarding po ito sa case ng father ko. We file a case against sa kapitbahay po namin, kasi he was telling us that they were the real owner of the lot our house are built in. In the City court trial, we won the case po kase nga since 1970’s my father was paying taxes to the govt. We even have the copy of receipts. Now the other party appeal to higher court, which is the regional, in this level, they won the case, because may land title silang pinakita, however yung title po nila was dated just 2010, so how come magkaron sila ng title, where in fact my father was paying taxes for the land since the 1970’s. So obviously, there was descrepancy with the result, so our party appeal to SC, for a petition to review, since nga ung evidence na pinakita is parang suspicious naman. But unfortunately, our petition was dismissed. So again we requested for a motion for reconsideration, it was again Denied, because our lawyer forgot to put his Bar code number, and rhe case number. So we thought it was just a mistake, so again for the second time around we requested for another reconsideration. But just today, we recieved from a concerned person a copy of the decision again from the SC, noting na Denied nnaman ang aming appeal. So we rushed to our lawyer, but unfortunately, he just said that he already recieved that copy last december5, but was not able to contact us or inform us because of busy sched. So it already lapse 15days, and he just told us that he couldn’t do anything about it anymore. Kindly help us po, is there any legal actions we could still do to appeal? or for any actions for the case to be reviewed again, kase we have the evidences naman po, and obdviously, the land title the other party showed was really suspicious. Thank you!
