your plan will not solve your problem if there is a warrant of arrest for you. if the case is already in court, you have to appear and there will be an opportunity for settlement under court mediation.

determine first if a case was actually filed. have someone inquire at the prosecutor's office where it happened.

paying them without a settlement agreement will not release you from criminal liability,

but first, what did you do which makes you say this is estafa?
