tanong ko lang po...meron kasi akong nabiling bahay sa CAMELLA HOMES, bayad na sya ng bank, yun nga lang po, may utang naman ako sa bank..

dahil sa malaking crisis dito ngayon sa RIYADH, gusto ko po itong ibenta..meron na po akong buyer, ngayon po...ano po mga dapat namin gawin na dalawa (proseso kung meron).

sabi ng buyer, xa na daw ang magtuloy ng payment ko sa bank monthly until 10 years, tapos bayaran nya din yung lahat ng naihulog ko..

para maging legal po ang lahat, ano mga dapat kailangan para sa buyer at seller
