Good evening po, 2 years ago nag file po ako ng estafa. Lumabas na po yung resolution today. At meron pong probable cause yung aking reklamo. May recommended bail po na 24k para sa respondent.

The respondent is already out of the country. Tanong ko lang po kung automatic ba na may warrant of arrest against the respondent? If so, how can I obtain a copy? Pag nakakuha po ako ng copy of WOA, pwede ko po ba yun dalhin sa DFA para mahuli yung respondent? Marami pong salamat.

You can get a copy of the warrant at the court where it was filed. If this is the RTC, ask your lawyer to file a motion in court to cancel the passport. You can also use the warrant to request for a lookout order with the DOJ and the bureau of Immigration, but don't expect anyone to be doing a manhunt for the accused

Good morning. Magtatanong lang po sana ako. kumuha po kasi ako ng nbi kahapon at nagka hit po ako. probably cause po kasi ata is may nag file saakin ng estafa but i think last week po. kinakabahan po akong kunin dahil baka dahil dun po ung dahilan ng hit wala din po akong narereceive na subphoena or any papers from court. possible po ba yun na magka hit ako agad agad? last 2016 po kasi wala akong hit
