Hello. I tried reading forum and googling labor requirements for local employers to present job contracts to employees(non-OFW) but cannot find any discussion.
Is there a law requirement when job contracts should be given by employers to employees for review and signature? I know of and have read many employees working for a company/school/organizations for months, year(s) without an existing written and signed job contract. What is the law requirement here, especially time frame for compliance?
