BENCH WARRANT

I want to ask advise a message was sent to me yesterday it goes like this
"CAMP. CRAME WARRANT ADVISORY MELODY CABANATA CABUNOC
Expect our official common to arrest youto get her (BENCH WARRANT) At exactly 11am tommorow together with sheriff to issue write of preliminary attachment to check your property. Please be inforrmed for your voluntary surrender to avoid commotion at your place. PSSUPT. ENRICO ROSALES Please do call at this no 02 225 6000"
I was so worried then how come i have this bench warrant.. i never been in trouble nor in a case.
My middle name in this message mispelled.
i want to ask also if this bench warrant should sent thru txt messages.. i dont even know what my case if theres any.. i tried to call those number the one stated in the message & the number who txted me.but no one is answering.. i tried to convince myself that this is some sort of scam but i cant help.it i'm really worried..please enlighten me..

I have received the same text message, is this something I need to be worry about? I may have delays on payment for my loan but am sure it won't reached on the level of getting arrested. Is getting warrant of arrest thru text is legit now? Thank you.

Text is not an official communication from the court. Most probably this is just the collection agency. reply them and request a written letter from them so that you can sue them if their claims are false.

First time ko nakareceive today, tas tinawagan ko yung number na nagtext, nagbigay siya ng MTC and Branch number info tas nung chineck ko sa website meron ngang judge na Luis Martinez pero hindi tama yung number na binigay sa kin nung police kuno. Tinanong ko yung clerk person, wala naman daw record for me.

Check with the court where the case is filed tsaka avoid using capslock at masakit sa mata.
