We are interested in buying a piece of land which is titled under Mr. A (not his true name). Mr. A is already dead in the year 2012. In the year 2015, his wife Mrs. B (not her true name) also died. They did not have children. Surviving are the brother of Mr. A and sister of Mrs. B and a few of Mrs. B's nephews and nieces of legal age whose parents are Mrs. B's brothers and sisters. Who owns that piece of land? and how much (%) of that land do they own?

Thanks!
