Hi good day.

We are renting a house thats under collateral and some lending agents went here saying that they going to close the property because the owner was not paying his debt. Can they do that with out giving us time to look for another place.

Hello, the owner was probably apprised of the issue, Hindi lang kayo nasabihan. Usually last resort na ang pagpunta ng agents, the first are usually letters sent. Not to the tenants but to the owner who has reneged on his payments.
