UNPAID CREDIT CARD

gd day po. meron po ko past due sa east west bank amounting to 30k ...yesterday i got a text from a certain col daw ng mpd na sinasabi na bukas which is today pupunta sila sa bahay together with sheriff dahil my warrant of arrest daw ako at search warrant kukunin din daw mga gamit ko dito sa bahay at magvoluntary surrender pa daw ako to avoid commotion. this is absurb tahimik kaming pamilya ung 30k 175 k na daw dahil my attys fee etc....wala naman po ako narereciv kahit isang summon sa court na my demanda sa akin...

is this right...as of now uncapable pa ko to pay ung amount na sinasabi po nila..hoping to get reply from you
