Hello po, may property kasi lang nanay ko na nailagay sa pangalan but hindi malaga akin way back 1999 or 2002 ata what kind of legal documents (acceptable sa court) should I have to support the truth that I am not the real owner even po na nakalagay sa TCT yun name ko?

Unless you admit in a document that you only hold the property in trust for someone else.

1. What do you call that kind of document po?
2. Is there any template where I can do it?
3. Besides having that document, what steps should I do to have it validated.
