Arresto Menor

Good day po!

New to this forum, wanted po sana to seek advise.

We bought po a house and lot where we stayed for 12yrs, ung bhay po was not fully paid sa developer at the time, we waited forthe foreclososure as advised pra mas mababa dw ung value ng bhay and since we got all the documents and ee even did major renovation sa bhay kc it's bare when we had it and no utilities dn. Lahat un pinagkagastusan nmen. Apparently, when the notice of forclosure arrived, ung first owner ung nakahawak ng notice for some reason we dont know. We are both working away from home, kaya there were around 2-3 months na d nauuwian ung bahay. But it was locked and all or things andun. Mga appliances, documents and evrything. Apparently, when we got home a few months back we were surpised na someone destroyed the main door and did some renovation sa haus and all are things were bought dun sa haus ngdting owner. We file complint sa brgy regarding what happened had agreed that the first owner who did those would pay as a little portion compared dun sa nagastos sa haus, but still didnt follow what has been agreed upon which resorted to us asking for a cfa.

Now should we demand a small claim for the amt that was previously agreed upon or should we push for a case against illegal entry on the house and taking all our personal things ?

Hoping for your advise on the said matter and kindly let us know what would be the right process?

Thank you

You can do small claims only if your intention is purely to collect sum of money. You may try reading this, by the way. https://www.alburovillanueva.com/credit-debt-collection.
