Arresto Menor

Hello,

My brother who is in his early 20's eloped with a 17 years old girl. The girl actually initiated the elopement. She sold her jewelry for funds. The girl's parents filed a kidnapping case to my brother. We have no way of contacting my brother or the girl. And now the girl's family is posting discriminating posts on Facebook about my brother. Is there any counter case we can file? Thanks in advance.
