Good day. I'm planning to buy a foreclosed property from agency. The property has no occupants but neighbors told me the house n lot has pending case. Developer has sold the property despite that it is already foreclosed by agency. If I continue to acquire the property from agency, which is being sold for "where is, as is basis", what are the potential problem that I will face?
