Arresto Menor

3. korte makakasagot nyan.

4. malamang sa hindi. most probably kakailanganin mo muna sort out yung kaso.

1. It depends if your warrant has been submitted to immigration.
2. Yes if you are on the government's Watch List or Hold Departure List.
3. It depends on your violation and on the guidelines imposed upon the members of the National Prosecution Service on recommending bail.
4. If you post bail you make an undertaking that you will make yourself available personally to appear before your cases during hearings. If you do not appear, that is deemed a waiver of your right to be present, but if the hearing is for your identification, arraignment, or pre-trial and you do not appear (because you are abroad), the Prosecutor will ask for the cancellation of your bail and the issuance of another warrant of arrest.
5. If you leave the jurisdiction while on bail you will be considered to have jumped bail. The Prosecution can pray for the issuance of a warrant of arrest and the cancellation of your bail. They can also pray for the court to order the cancellation of your passport.
6. Get a lawyer.
