Many/most Smile properties in Phils are a big mess concerning ownership, sometimes partly depending of the system, but often depending of hiers don't handle that process proper, so it's rather common even second cousins come many many after the owner died and claim (part of) the land is theirs.


It's about it's questioned who are owners.

I'm not sure what "motion" mean.
If opponent wrote it, then it's just what THEY want, which you can argue and show proves against.
Is it from Barangay Captain or such? Then it's what he find being a good compromise, but saying "motion" I suppouse he mean a suggestion.
