Hello! We badly need help. My wife tried to get an NBI clearance 3 weeks ago, and after coming back and forth to the NBI head office we found out that a person filed an Estafa case on her. How can we know when it was file? and how can we know if there's an exisiting arrest warrant for her. We really need help and frankly we can't afford a lawyer.

check with NBI as they will have the details where the case was filled. once you have this, you can check with the court if there is a standing arrest warrant for your wife.
