what to do with compromise agreement for support without court order

Arresto Menor

I filed RA 9262 against my husband seeking for support to our two kids. He promised to pay support so I filed affidavit of desistance and the case was dismissed. However, we signed a notarized agreement prior to the filing of desistance only in the presence of a lawyer outside court. He agreed to give 30% of his salary to our two kids but he failed to give support. Is the compromise we executed can be used to demand for support? How? and where to file it? Or do I have to file another case for 9262? Thanks. I am really hoping for an advice since I can't find a concrete advice on what to do.
