I got a pending case and still attending hearings, I tried to get an NBI this morning and stamped my receipt with the date. Is this because I have a pending case ?..what is reflected at NBO files? persons with warrants or also persons with pending cases? How will I get a clearance for my VISA application to work abroad? but I'm willing to settle and finished my hearings as my case , and the opportunity was already at hand and this clearance was my only problem. Pls advise. because i urgently needed to acquire my clearance.. GOD bless!
