hi, need advice on what happened to me last Nov. 22, 2016.
I was INSIDE one of the hypermarket branch when suddenly part of the roof (yero) fell on my head. I was disoriented afterwards. what case can i file against SM hypermarket? they did not give me immediate 1st aid, cause no company nurse was on duty, the doctor advice me to have CT scan since i still have episode of dizziness and headache. told the management of SM they told me still waiting for approval of the CT scan from the higher management, its been more than a week. they told me i could file a case NEGLIGENCE RESULTING TO PHYSICAL INJURY?
WHAT ELSE?
AND IF THEY WANT TO SETTLE HOW MUCH SHOULD THE SETTLEMENT?
