Hi All,

My Company give a variable pay every year(parang performance bonus)but the said pay is being taxed, which we know that it is ok according to the law, but come December when our 13th month is given, they add the said variable pay in our 13th bonus then they taxed it again. Is this correct or they are doing double taxation?
