Slander case against a caterig client who did not pay its remaining balance in the contract

Hello, im an owner of a legal bir registered catering company, we had a client last august 20 for a wedding. The couple did not pay its remaining balance of still 35000 php and made us wait for 4 hours in the venue for the payment. And after our coordinator went to check them in their hiuse and by the time he git their and talked to the client, he was intimidated by a whole clan talking to him and bombarding him with complains that we are very confident to say are mere lies and excuse.
They have signed a contract agreeing to our service standards menu, and policies.
And in the venue the mither of the groom and some relatives went into every table bad mouthing against our service and food,. They even said that one of menu items is rancid. Thiugh they have taken out food from the venue to their home (three plates of that particular item).
As a catering legal in zambales, with the large group in the wedding our reputation has been demoralized by the tounge of the mother, worrying that this may affect our popularity and business stability we would like to file a slander case against the mother and estafa for the couple. We even have a video of the whole wedding and in particular the bride saying sorry and admitting their fault for not following the schedule, they wer 4 hours late to the church schedule, we know cause they used our car for the wedding bride.
