Hi,
I need advise on my Estafa Case, I did not receive any subpoena regarding the complaint. I was shocked when the complainant informed me that there is a warrant of arrest for me. When I checked it with RTC as per instruction of the complainant, there is already a warrant of arrest for me.

My question is can the complainant withdraw the case against me?

Another question po, pwede ko din po sya idemanda? All her accusations against me is hindi totoo and wala po syang hawak na documents against me. She only submitted a complaint affidavit and sworn statement of her police officer witness. Wala po akong na-receive na subpoena for the preliminary investigation na I think ginawaan ng paraan nung police officer na witness nya kaya di nakarating sakin.
