Meron na po ba nakaexperience nagresign na hindi natapos ang bond?

I wanna ask ano pong mga nilaban at threat sa inyo?

Did they really sue you?

Im thinking of resigning in my present company but I have a 3 months bond and a penalty of 300K.

Pwede kang makasuhan sa paglabag sa kontrata - yung ibang kumpanya pwedeng hindi na rin magsampa ng reklamo kung tinatamad sila o mas malaki ang gagastusin na walang kasiguraduhang mananalo.

Pero pag nanalo sila, siguradong gusto nilang bawiin lahan ng gastos, so baka pati bayad sa abugado nila isisingil sa iyo.
