Hi there! I just want to ask if there is a specific time frame where we are NOT allowed to sell a property? My husband and I are in the process of transferring the land title from his late father's name to my husband's name through an extrajudicial settlement with waiver of rights from other heirs. My question is, is it possible to sell the property (townhouse) right after the title has been transferred to my husband's name? We have been told by a broker that there is a certain period that we are banned from selling the property, how true is this? Hoping for your clear and swift reply on this. Thank you!
