Arresto Menor

Have a property in Verdant Heights in Multinational Village Pque City, nasa court na ang case dahil ayaw umalis yong nakatira doon na pamangkin. Completo yong papeles ko, ako ang nagbabayad ng property tax at homeowners association. Ngayon ang tanong ko hanggang kalian o ilan beses and defendant magkaroon ng postponement sa court? Or is there any time frame for the case? Delaying tactics ang ginagawa nila. Need help.

May mga tao talaga na masuwerte sa pagproproces ng mga documents sa gov.

It's in court allready, so I suppouse it has been at Barangay Captain, because that's often a step before court, because he has jurisdiction to decide such cases.
But I don't know if it's allowed to go to BC when it's in court allready. If it hasn't been there allready, ask BC if he can take the case.

Hi, my eviction case to an individual handled by lawyer is on the hands of the Judge now for over 16 months. It's been a long time of waiting on this case. What shall I do.

How come it isn't handled by the Barangay Captain?
Many eviction cases are handled at BC level (if they aren't to complicated.) Then assisted by the local Police if needed.
