Hello po sa inyo .. need your knowledge coz pumunta po kami sa Land Registration Authority to apply for land titling. First time application for title for that land. So meron lang po kaming deeds of sale and tax declaration. Sabi po ng LRA ay kumuha daw kami ng Technical description from DENR regional office at blue print copy of cadastral map. Magtatanong lang po sa mga may ilam . Ano po ba ang kasunod na process na ito..para lang po may idea kami kung ano pa ang aming mga kailangan.. maraming salamat po.
