Gudam po pano po ba ang unang gagawin kung pano po macocorecto ung spelling ng name and surname sa land title
...ang right spelling ng name is Cleope A.Linguete...pero ang nakalagay sa titolo ng bahay ay Cleofe A.Lingute..pls advice po kung pano at malaki po ba ang magagastos sa pagpapaayus...?

It requires filing a petition in the proper court (first instance) of the place where the land is located and registered. While clerical error, kailangan ng court order para sa pagpalit.  Protektado ang TCT ng Section 108 of P.D. No. 1529, Property Registration Decree. Pag may court order, saka palang papalitan ng ROD. Pero di lahat puedeng i entertain ng korte. Suggest ko magtanong na muna sa Register of Deeds kung saan nakatala ang TCT to validate.

Ah ganun po pala un kailangan pa palang ikorte khit simpleng pagpalit lang ng malig spelling ng name...so first step po muna na magtanung sa register of deeds kung saan nakatala ang tct..salamat po sa info...tanung ko lang din po malaking halaga po kaya ang magagastos sa pagpapaayus nung ganun po...?

Ay wala na yan iba processo sa maynila, sa kabisayaan normal lang sa kanila yung mga maling speling unfact nga kahit sa mismong document ng gov, maraming wrong speling.
Syempre iba ang rate sa probinsya..
Pero yun ang unang processo nun na ipapa notary mo sa abogado, tapos kung mayroon kaparehong pangalan doon ka magkakaproblrma ng malaki mahirap ma consider yan
