Good afternoon Attorneys!

Having read this news at House of Representatives website, congress.gov.ph/press/details.php?pressid=8772 , I would like to know if the Philippine House Bill 5729 already enacted into law? As I would like to legalize my daughter's status by filing a petition for adoption as well as rectification of simulated birth which was done in 2014. If I am to push through, what is the likelihood that I'll be exposed to a lawsuit? and also, may you kindly tell me the overall timeline of adoption process? I know it varies, but an approximate will suffice. That way, we can plan ahead.
