You can rescind/ ipawalang bisa the contract of insurance based on misrepresentation, since such contract is characterized with utmost good faith.

nagsend aq ng letter of cancellation sa customer care center nila taz ung sgot antayin q daw ng 2weeks kc ere evaluate daw nila ung case

pwede b akong kasuhan ng libelo sa pagbanggit lng ng pangalan ng mga empleyado ng MANILA BANKERS INSURANCE COMPANY?
pagkalipas kasi ng isang buwan paghihintay ko sa magiging sagot nila sa reklamo ko ang resulta nganga
