Hello, need your advice on my situation.
We had someone process the transfer of ownership of the land my bf and I bought. We're not yet married and the lady who processes the land title assumed that we are already married. Now on the title, im carrying my bf's last name and we're considered married. We cant process for bank loan since they will need married cert. We also cant get married yet due to some past issues.
Can we have the name on the title changed? Or what will be the best solution on this? Hoping for your reply and advice. Thanks!!
