i need advice Po,hiwalay Po Ako s asawa..I had a new ng Po hnd Po kmi kasal ng k anak Po kmi ISA lalaki almost 9yrs old b po,my abandoned us after one month delivery ko a baby,wla Po sya financial support since then,ngkita Po kmi uli he ask for another chance then I accepted him again ng HONGKONG Po Ako ng saudia sya hnd sya ng padala s bata until I approach him n every other kmi mg padala pumayag sya nk pg padala sya lets say 5 times in one year 6 months tag 5,000 peso in the year of 2011 after that until wala n kht piso this last November umuwi sya ng pinas my kinakasama n Iba babae I don't care pero gusto ko LNG ibigay Nya obligasyon Nya s bata n kht ISA piraso chocolate wla sya ibinigay... Ask ko LNG Po ano Po b ang first move ko n dpt?knino Ako lalapit pra Mk hinga ng tulong s gusto ko,I want monthly support pra s anak ko po... Please tell what to do..thank you po

You can file a criminal case (violation of Republic Act 9262 for economic abuse) against the father for lack of child support. Dapat available ang birth certificate ng anak mo and nakapirma doon ang father. Punta ka sa police station in your area sa Women's Desk or pwede ka rin magpagawa ng Complaint Affidavit para diretso na pagfile sa Prosecutor's Office. Hindi mo kailangan magbayad para makasampa ka ng kaso kasi libre naman sa Prosecutor's Office. Pero pwede ka rin kumuha ng sarili mong abogado kung gusto mo.

Hello. In addition to Atty. Katrina's advice, and to strengthen your case, you could try sending a demand letter to the father first. Just indicate there the amount you want to receive and the terms of the support. Give him a certain number of days within which to reply. If he ignores it, then you can file the 9262 case

Anu po ang pwdeng hingi n suporta ng bata n nk apelyido s ama...at ama mismo ang nkapirma s birth certificate ng bata.maari po bang kasuhan ang ama ng bata kung ayaw mg bigay ng sustento..may trabaho po ang ama ng bata at ns ibang bansa. Just "curious" for an other case. If the father kuve i n province town, earn 8000p per month, support wife and 2 children, but don't support an other child he got with an other woman before that marriage. All the children are still preschool age.
How much support is normal or that ONE other child f if going to court?
