Hello Atty,

I have a employeer who i Have worked 6 months. My contract was ended. He told me i will have 30 days turnover but only 24 days. Then when asking for my salary he only gave me my sept 13 to 24 2015 salary. he didn't give me my oct salary and 13th month pay. May i know what action should I do?

what should i do if he insisted not to pay my labor to him ? and what specific labor code is that? i just need to know.  any suggestions ...
