Ladies


Arresto Menor

Good evening po. Ask ko lang po kung ano po ang dapat kong gawin if ang case filed 1994 (slight physical injury) then nag issued ng Bench Warrant of Arrest kasi hinde raw po ako umaattend ng hearing the reason is hinde po ako nakaka received kasi mali pala ang address na naka filed sa case. Then nagkita kami ng complainant which is in good terms na kami and then nag file kami ng letter of resistance 2011. After that wala na po akong nabalitaan. Now kumuha po ako ng nbi and yet still meron parin pong kaso. Ano po ang dapat kong gawin. Salamat po

Please present the copy of the dismissal order from the court where your case was filed before the NBI quality control because you will be subject to some questions for verification and validation of the submitted court order. Then the scheduled of release of your NBI clearance will be simultaneously issued.

Hello po. Sorry po sa late reply. Ask ko lang po kasi may bench warrant na po ako for 20 days imprisonment for slight physical injury na issue 2001. If pupunta po ako sa branch court para mag file ng motion to dismisshinde po ba ako ihhold since may warrant na po ako? Thank you po

Hello po hunteralpha2015. Wala pa po akong dismissal. Yan nga po ask ko kung pano ang step by step to file a motion to dismiss the case. Since may warrant na po ako for 20 days eh baka ihold po nila ako pag pumunta ako sa court. Thank you
