Arresto Menor

Hi, I just would like to seek your legal advice on this issue below:

March 2015 - Approval and released of my loan; issued
six(6) AUB post-dated cheques
amounting to Php 22, 450.00 dated May
12, June 12, July 12, August 12,
September 12 and October 12, all in the
year of 2015;
May 12, 2015 - Cheque cleared;
June 09, 2015 - I wrote a letter to Branch Office(where I
took my loan) for "Payment
Due Date Adjustment Request" to every
25th of the Month instead of every 12th
of the Month;
June 09, 2015 - Request approved and need to pay
Php 3,377.00 for due date adjustment to
every 25th of the Month until October 25 , 2015;
June 11, 2015 - I replied the approval; but it was too late
since June 12, 2015 will be the due date
of the second payment, therefore I
deposited the amount for June 12, 2015
cheque clearing;
June 12, 2015 - Cheque cleared;
July 01, 2015 - Reinstated my request;
July 03, 2015 - Again, request granted and need to pay
Php 3, 377.00 for due date adjustment to
every 25th of the Month until October 25 , 2015;
July 06, 2015 - Paid the adjustment fee amounting to
Php 3, 377.00;
July 25, 2015 - Cheque cleared;
Aug. 12, 2015 - Cheque Account closed due to insufficient
fund - WHAT'S WRONG WHEN MY NEXT
DUE DATE SHOULD BE AUGUST 25, 2015
AND NOT AUGUST 12, 2015?!?
Aug. 12, 2015 - I verified at Branch Office, but they told
me they'll coordinate it with Manila Office
and will get back to me; 2 Weeks After - Manila Office replied thru phone and
forced me to pay the amount including
penalties(interest and bouncing cheque
penalty). I asked the Account Officer on
why I will be paying penalties when my
due date is on August 25, 2015? For the
purpose of recording,I told her to email
me the amount to be paid, explanation of
penalties and exact date on when can
you reinstate my AUB Checking Account;
1 Week After - No email reply and instead forced me
again(almost daily text or call) to pay my
arrears;
Days After - Their Legal Counsel text me a final notice
on Estafa and Bouncing Cheque Case

PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR ADVICE ON THIS MATTER.

Thanks....
