may isang property nabili ate ko 7 yrs ago, ngayon dun nya pinatira ung isang kapatid namin, kasi nag.aabroad siya, nung 2013 po inilipat n sa pangalan ng kuya ko yung titulo na walang consent and pirma sa kahit na anung papel ung ate ko kasi ung time ng pagtransfer eh nasa taiwan siya. bale ang naglakad is yung mother namin. pwede po ba siya mag demanda ng falsification of documents? thank you.

Yes, pwede makasuhan ang brother mo ng falsification of document. Kailangan maipakita na yung pirma ng ate mo sa Deed na ginamit (Deed of Sale or Deed of Donation, etc.) ay hindi niya totoong pirma.
