Hello po Smile

2 months after passing the board, naemploy po ako s isang Software provider company. Pumirma po ako sa isang kontrata. Sbi po s contract mgpoprovide daw po ang company ng proper training costing 250 k in return kelngan po akong mgtrbho for 3 years or else bbyaran ko yung full training cost. Yung training po is composed of inhouse training, e learning, at training with seniors in the client site.

Ngayon po more 1 1/2 year p lang ako at gusto ko n po umlis. Kailngan ko po ba bayaran yung 250k? Co-employee ko lng po yung ngtrain sken nun for 3 days, pnakuha din po ako ng exm worth less than 20k, i think 3 days din lng po ako ngtraining s client site at less than a month n nkinig ako s recorded training manuals na yung iba eh mkukuha din s internet.

Please give me an advice po.

You really need to finish your contract if you don't want to be liable sa training cost kasi hindi naman illegal ang contract mo. I don't see anything wrong with that. The employment contract is the law between you and the company thus it applies unless it contrary to law, morals or public policy.

Babayaran ko po yung full training cost? There's no way po ba to reduce yung 250k?

Usually kung ano ang nakalagay sa kontrata yun ang sinusunod.

Pwede mo silang kausapin, baka sakaling pumayag.

Pero malabo yan, kasi kahit paano, gumastos sila sa pag-hire sa iyo, at yung second choice nila sa position mo, baka mahirapan na nilang makuha.

Ibang topic nman po ..

Nagpalipat po ksi ako ng department due to health reason. Ngayon po s support n ko dhil po kokonti dw po yung sinusupport ko at mliit dw po ang company nmin bngyan po nla ako ng additional task of creating a program. Tingin ko po hindi nmn yun part ng job ko. Pwede po b ako refuse? Pno po pgpnilit nla ko ano yung remedy n pwede kung gwin.

Sa mga kontrata merong mga clause na pwde kang ilipat o ipagawa ng trabaho na kinakailangan. Lalo na hindi naman bawal sa batas ang gagawin mo.

Need your advice,
I signed a contract with a company as a trainee for 6 months, and has to work for the company after the training for 3 yrs. May allowance po yung training na 12,000 per month minus govt related benefits, naka provide po sa contract na kapag umalis sa company before the 3year bond, babayran ko po yung cost nang training.
Nagresign po ako sa company after 6months(training period), and secured a clearance from the company. Tanong ko po kung may habol pa ba sa akin company. Yung training period ko po kasing 6 months hindi naman kasi training yung nangyari kindi replacement nang manpower.wala naman pong training na naganap, e nassign lang po ako site at nagtrabaho. May habol po kaya sila na pagbayarin ako sa 6 months na allowance ko?

Fix rate pa po sila at nagtatrabaho ako lampas 8 hrs sa isang araw at even sunday.

Kelan po ba masasabi na training at kelan msasabi n replacement ng manpower...ksi kung ako prang replacement lng ng manpower yung sa amin... pero yun daw yung training..

Trainee yung contract mo at rate mo tapos you are working more than sa trabaho ng trainee, walang mga training materials.merely trabaho lang
