Good day! Would like to ask if I can file a legal case against this company. Accdg to the contract June 01 yung start date ko. A week before I followed up regarding time and location however recruitment team cannot give a definite answer other than "i'll check on it" or "will get back to you" Until june 01 they didnt contact me I went to their office and was told to wait for a call. There is written contract signed by them and me as well that start date will be June 01. Also there are no issues regarding requirements because should there be they should've reached me about it.

kung sumasahod ka na, kahit wala kang ginagawa, kasi di pa ready ang workplace, or client, or whatever, eh oks lang,,

legal case ba kamo?
eh maliit lang to ah, June 3 pa lang...
baka lang di worth, kung magfile ka agad for ligitation..

Thanks. I think it will be best if I talk to HR first. If in any case I would like to file civil case may habol pa ko? under breach of contract?

weird lang na naghire cla, pero di naman pala ready ang site or/and job.

well, di mo cla pwede ubligahin na bayaran ka, kung ayaw nila magbayad..
since wala ka output, though nasa kanila ang pagkukulang..
ang sayo na lang din eh breach of contract,
then pwede mo cla hingan ng danyos..

One of the largest company here actually kaya nakaka disapoint na ganito nila ihandle yung situation. Then wala man silang heads up na mamomove basta gusto nila magantay ng tawag nila

btw gusto ko lang po itanong if pwede na ba ko magapply sa ibang company? Na material breach na po contract ko with them so posible ma nullify siya?
