Good Day,

Hingi po ako advice, hiwalay po kami ng wife ko for 3 years, meron kami isa anak, sa kanya po nakapisan ngaun un anak namin, meron na po kami parehas na ibang partners then buntis po ngaun yun wife ko dun sa present partner nya, ask ko lang po kung me grounds po ba ako para ihinto yung child support and ask for custody ngaun magkakaroon na rin sila na sarili nilang anak?

fyi, wala pa po ako anak dun sa partner ko.

Your duty as a father is separate from your relations with the mother. In other words, hindi mo pwedeng idahilan na di na ka magbibigay ng suporta sa anak mo dahil lang may anak sa iba yung asawa mo. Kung ang anak ninyo ay younger than 7 years old, automatic sa mother yun, unless the mother is "unfit" (like drug addict, living an immoral life, abusive, etc.)

ok thanks po, isa pa pong tanong, me karapatan po ba ako na makita or mahiram yung anak ko once in a while, kasi pinagbabantaan ako nun parents nun wife ko na kakasuhan nila ako pag nilapitan ko yun anak ko.
